Privacy Policy

910 AI API Translator (“the app”) is operated by Emin (individual developer). This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how you can have it removed. The app is a Shopify embedded app that translates store content with an AI model of your choice using your own model API key.
What the app stores
- Store identity and access: your myshopify domain and the Shopify access token Shopify issues to the app, so the app can read your content and write translations back.
- Settings you enter: workflow options, glossary terms, store context text, cost limits, and the AI provider you selected.
- Your model API keys: encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database. The encryption secret exists only in the server environment. Keys are shown on screen only as their first and last characters, and are sent only to the provider endpoint you configured, over HTTPS, without following redirects.
- Job records: which content types and languages were translated, counts, token usage and estimated cost, error messages, and failed entries so they can be retried.
- Translation cache: source texts and their translations, keyed by a hash, so identical texts are not sent to the model twice.
- Content snapshots: content digests and translation states per language, used to avoid re-scanning unchanged content.
- Feedback you submit from the About page, including the optional contact you provide.
What the app does not store or access
- No customer data, orders or payment information. The app does not request any customer or order permissions.
- No cookies or browser storage for tracking. The embedded app authenticates with Shopify session tokens only.
- Your model API key is never sent to the developer and never leaves the server except in requests to the provider you chose.
Third parties
Translated text is sent to the AI model provider you selected (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek or a compatible endpoint you entered). That provider processes the text under its own terms and privacy policy, using your account. The developer has no agreement with and receives no data from those providers.
Translations themselves are written to your Shopify store and remain your store’s data.
Hosting and security
The app runs on a server operated by the developer. Data is stored in a database on that server; backups are taken before every update and kept for a limited time. Access to the server is restricted to the developer.
Retention and deletion
- Job history keeps the most recent 200 jobs per store; content snapshots not seen for 60 days are removed automatically.
- When you uninstall the app, Shopify notifies the server and all data belonging to your store listed above is deleted. Translations already written to Shopify stay in your store.
- You can delete your model API keys at any time from the API keys page.
- Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are implemented; shop/redact removes all remaining data for the store.

不会保存或访问：顾客、订单、支付数据（没有申请相关权限）；不用 Cookie 或浏览器存储做追踪，只用 Shopify 会话令牌登录；你的 API Key 不会发给开发者。
第三方：要翻译的文本会发给你选择的模型平台，由其按自己的条款处理、计入你自己的账户；开发者与这些平台没有协议、也收不到数据。译文写入你的 Shopify 店铺，属于店铺数据。
保留与删除：任务历史每店只留最近 200 条，60 天没出现的内容快照自动清理；卸载后 Shopify 会通知服务器，上述属于你店铺的数据全部删除，已写入 Shopify 的译文保留；模型 Key 随时可在密钥页删除；已实现 Shopify 要求的三条隐私 webhook。
