These terms apply to 910 AI API Translator (“the app”), operated by Emin (individual developer). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
What the app does
The app reads the content of your Shopify store, sends it to an AI model provider that you select and pay for with your own API key, and writes the returned translations to your store through Shopify’s translation API. You decide what to translate, when, and whether to publish a language.
Your model account and costs
- Model usage is billed by your provider to your account. The app shows token counts reported by the provider and a cost estimate based on the prices you entered; the provider’s invoice is authoritative.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key valid, for spending limits at your provider, and for complying with your provider’s terms.
- Scanning is free and makes no model calls. Preview and translation make model calls that cost money.
Translations
- Translations are produced by AI and may contain errors. The app protects HTML tags, template variables and glossary terms and rejects incomplete output, but it cannot guarantee that every translation is accurate or appropriate. Review translations before publishing a language.
- You keep all rights to your content and to the translations written to your store.
Fees
The app is offered through Shopify App Pricing: the plan, price and free trial are shown on the Shopify plan selection page when you install, and charges appear on your Shopify bill. Shopify handles billing, proration and refunds under its own terms. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as is. The developer aims to keep it available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, prices and these terms may change; material changes are announced on the app listing and inside the app before they take effect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for model charges incurred through your own API key, or for the content of AI-generated translations. The developer’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

做什么：读取你店铺的内容，发给你自己选择并付费的 AI 模型平台，再通过 Shopify 的翻译接口写回店铺。翻什么、何时翻、是否发布语言都由你决定。
模型费用：由你的模型平台直接向你收取；应用显示的是平台回传的 token 数和按你填的单价估算的费用，以平台账单为准。Key 的有效性、消费上限与平台条款由你负责。扫描免费、不调用模型；试译和翻译会调用模型并产生费用。
译文：由 AI 生成，可能有误。应用会保护标签、变量和术语并拒绝不完整的输出，但不能保证每条译文都准确合适；发布语言前请先校对。内容与译文的权利归你。
收费：通过 Shopify App Pricing 收取：套餐、价格、免费试用在安装时的 Shopify 选套餐页显示，费用出现在你的 Shopify 账单上；计费、按比例结算与退款由 Shopify 按其条款处理。卸载即取消订阅。
可用性与变更：按现状提供，不保证不中断；功能、价格与条款可能变化，重大变更会提前在商店页面和应用内公告。
责任限制：在法律允许范围内，开发者不对间接损失、你自己 Key 产生的模型费用或 AI 译文内容负责；总责任以你在争议前三个月支付的应用费用为限。
